• All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of confirmation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• CineMatch does not process or store any payment information.

You can cancel your subscription at any time using either method below:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Select CineMatch and tap Cancel Subscription.

Alternatively, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, select Subscriptions, choose CineMatch, and tap Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep Premium access until that date.

Since all billing is managed by Apple, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund. CineMatch cannot process refunds directly.

If your Premium subscription isn't showing after purchase:

1. Open CineMatch and navigate to the Paywall or Settings screen.
2. Tap Restore Purchases.
3. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
